Building on Luke Schmidt's extensive (nearly three decades) and varied experience with domestic and international trade associations, the company can provide management consultation and/or services for business and industry trade groups interested in forming a new, or strengthening an existing trade group.
Luke Schmidt's experience includes having served as the founding president of two trade associations and having served on 10 boards of directors and 13 industry, civic and professional committees, organizations and task forces.
Services include design and implementation of new organizations, including meeting facilitation, organizational strategic goal setting, development of By-Laws, Mission Statements, Vision Statements, etc. The company can also assist with the development of annual business plans and day-to-day management.
